Signilio
Connect your workspace to an AI tool
Give Claude access to your Signilio inbox so it can read conversations, draft and send replies, flag leads and hand them to the right rep — while you stay in the conversation.
Before you start
- You need to be the account owner. Reps cannot connect an AI tool.
- AI connections must be switched on for your workspace. If the tab is missing or a connection is refused, contact us and we will enable it.
Connecting Claude
- In Signilio, open Settings → Integrations → MCP and copy your connection address: https://data.signilio.com/functions/v1/mcp
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste it in.
- Claude sends you to Signilio to sign in. You will then see a screen naming the app and asking you to approve it. Choose Allow.
- You are connected. Claude will list the tools it can use.
What the connection can do
The same things you can do, and nothing you could not do yourself in the app:
Read
Conversations, messages, contacts, your reps, your phone numbers, your balance
and your sending limits.
Act
Send a message, flag or assign a conversation, hand one to another rep, pause
or resume AI on a thread, archive it, and opt a contact in or out.
Sending a message texts a real person and costs money. That tool is
marked destructive, so Claude asks before every send unless you deliberately change
it. We recommend leaving it that way.
What it cannot do
- See any workspace other than yours.
- Exceed your own permissions — a connection carries the access of the person who made it.
- Reach anyone on your opt-out or blacklist. Every compliance rule that applies to your reps applies here too.
Switching it off
Open Settings → Integrations → MCP and choose Disconnect. It takes effect immediately and signs that app out. Every connection also expires on its own after 90 days, so an old one cannot sit open forever.
Other AI tools
The connection is a standard Model Context Protocol server over Streamable HTTP with OAuth 2.1, so any tool that supports remote MCP connectors can use the same address. The MCP tab shows which tools are ready today.
